SCROLLS & STONES: Compelling Evidence the Bible Can Be Trusted (Book) by Charlie Campbell

Can we trust the Bible? Isn’t the Bible just “ancient fiction” written by fallible, perhaps even deceitful men? Haven’t books of the Bible been lost and even tampered with down through the centuries? Isn’t the Bible out-of- sync with scientific discoveries? What about the apparent contradictions in the Bible? What makes the Bible any different than the Hindu Vedas, Quran, or Book of Mormon?  Charlie Campbell has been researching answers to questions like these for nearly twenty-five years. It was his initial research that led him to become a follower of Jesus in 1990. In Scrolls & Stones he shares some of the evidence that changed his mind back then but also fascinating new discoveries...all confirming the reliability of the Bible. You’ll learn about:

THE GOSPELS: "LOST" & FOUND: Why Are There Only Four Gospels?
(Full color pamphlet) by Dr. Timothy Paul Jones

Who really wrote the Gospels? Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John? Or were they written by people who were utterly unconnected with the eyewitnesses as some books and TV shows claim? Were they written centuries after Jesus'death and resurrection, long after Jesus'followers had died? Were there gospels that were included in the New Testament—and later removed? Why were these books chosen and not others? This color pamphlet gives reasons to trust the New Testament writings, and provides answers to Bart Ehrman's bestseller Misquoting Jesus: The Story Behind Who Changed the Bible and Why. Author Timothy Paul Jones, Ph.D., shows where the critics are incorrect and provides us with a logical, well-reasoned arguments for believing that Jesus lived, died, and rose again—according to the Scriptures.
